Alternatives is a space of inspiration for heart, mind and soul. Founded in 1982 at St James’s Piccadilly to explore ‘alternatives’ to main

stream Western spirituality, Alternatives has evolved to run events in personal development, self-help and spiritual awareness. Now London’s leading centre for holistic learning, we are dedicated to the exploration of diverse ways of living and being. We honour all spiritual traditions and welcome people of all cultures. To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, Alternatives has teamed up with Creation Films, to deliver a fantastic new series of DVDs, CDs and MP3s, showcasing the biggest and brightest stars in the Mind Body and Spirit community.
